Database Recovery

We have a process in place that lets us recover corrupted Microsoft Access or FileMaker Pro databases (any version); if you have a database in another format, we will be happy to investigate its database recovery through our other contacts (this would usually cost you otherwise). We will soon offer an FTP site for you to upload the database seamlessly with further instructions. In the meantime, please get in touch with us (info@fightingcrane.com) for instructions how to send us a copy of your database to review for recovery. There is no diagnostic fee, but our fee to recover is usually $75-$100 (if over 4GB then the recovery may cost more). After initial contact, we are able to tell you whether your database is recoverable and can provide sample records and database statistics within 3 hours.
