Who are we?
We are a limited liability company based in Charlotte, NC. Several of our staff work remotely.
How do you keep your prices so low?!
For our coding, we practice a methodology that we like to call "cost-efficient reinvestment strategy." This means we document everything we do for each client and keep a repository of code in our knowledgebase for each of our staff members to use and build upon. Such practices help us to reduce our coding time and thus the total project time for future clients.
Okay, that's low prices for coding development, what about design?
For our graphic and web design, we have experienced staff who would ask you a series of questions to gauge both your expectations and aesthetic preferences. Our clients range from knowing exactly what they want, to those who give us creative freedom, and we work well with both types! Our open communication, iterative prototyping practices, personal interests, and high skill set are what contribute to our affordable design rates.
So, what exactly are your prices?
Our online services (ie, automated or partially automated) are mostly free, those that are not free are labeled with prices. Our non-online services are fairly extensive and customizable, so please fill out our Preconsulting Survey and we can quote you with a price range. The simplest projects are $100-$200, our more complex projects can be over a few thousand dollars. We never charge for making quotes or for diagnostics.
Can you come meet us in person?
Before we became a business, we were a group of workaholic, driven college students who actually preferred meeting our clientele in person. However, because we have extended our client base geographically, this has obviously become a bit more difficult to do. Therefore, we would need to weigh travel expenses against the cost incurred by not meeting you in person. This can only be determined on a case by case basis, naturally.
